Dak joined forces with “Modern Family” actor Eric Stonestreet and Tia Mowry as the faces of the Ready Raise Rise campaign – and raised a flag for his mom!
Ready Raise Rise is spreading the word about Immuno-Oncology (research into using the body’s own immune system to better target cancer) and bringing together everyone impacted by the disease to support the cancer community!
